Make a Will

When an individual owns properties and assets, making a will ensures that, in the event of the individual's death, that the individual's assets and properties are distributed according to that individual's likes and preferences. However there are some requirements which have to be met before a will can be legally created and accepted. The individual: must be past 18 years of age, has to be 'mentally competent'; must have signed (in front of 2 witnesses) and created in written-form. A will recorede as a voice or captured in a video will not be legally sustainable; must provide personal information; must revoke any old wills; must list out properties and their distribution; must specify guardians; must state his or her wishes; should have 2 witnesses sign. Only after these requirements are met, can a will be considered legally sustainable.
