When a will is being written, there are some requirements which have to be met before a will can be legally accepted. The individual: must be past 18 years of age, has to be 'mentally competent'; must have signed (in front of 2 witnesses) and created in written-form. A will recorede as a voice or captured in a video will not be legally sustainable; must provide personal information; must revoke any old wills; must list out properties and their distribution; must specify guardians; must state his or her wishes; should have 2 witnesses sign. Once this is done, the will is written and can be legally accepted as the official will.
