My husband’s brother, my brother in law, is the executor of their parent’s estate. However, it seems as if he is failing to execute equal distribution among the siblings and claiming everything for himself. What should we do?

An Executor is responsible for ensuring that the orders or directives left in the will by the deceased are followed out as they should be. You may compare the instructions of the will with the actions of the Executor to confirm what is happening. Moving forward, please contact an Estate attorney to determine the proper course of action.
